We are also starting this early...see last page or two on some discussions related to PCC.

But I didnt see anything related to it being original, only to notarize if it is snot in English or French...

Email is okay, called three agents myself to confirm. You can call to verify too.

Yes all forms, even shows the Canadian address in ECAS

They request to redo Schedule A as electronic signature is not accepted due to a legislation change, they also request travel form for my parents with details of all the past travel history.

What did they request? It'd normal to request docs via email, at least for this year.

If someone who has received a PCC request could very kindly upload a photo of the letter (after blocking all sensitive information of course, similar to the eCAS/myCIC pdf's in my signature below) it would be most helpful for others...
