What is the timeline for DM for the May 10 application? does anyone have any insight?

I am from India and my application is also stuck at "In process" since June 11. Application reached Ottawa on Apr 30.

Yes , it is in batches i.e date they received but lot depends upon the case officer speed and complexity of file.

I do not have cosigner and I submit both SIN and Option C for 3 years, very straight forward as I made a lot more than required and work for only 1 company

I thought you initially told in one of your posts that you had to drive uber to make $200 more than required MNI as your income was borderline?

guys any chance someone can be rejected for missing 1k of income? Do they round the LICO up or down? The reason I asked is because my income is border line and I drove uber to make sure there is a buffer for safety, now I am quite worry

That was for 2015 when I first landed as i only worked for a few months back then, initially IRCC posted 2015, 2016, 2017 so I was very worried but they actually only counted 2016, 2017, 2018, I have way more than needed

My parents are here in Canada with me and their Visitor record is about to expire soon in a month.
I am thinking to extend their Visitor records myself.
They came in Feb and I want them to stay until they get PR. Currently I am waiting for file number after submitting all docs for Parents Sponsorship.

Here are the questions:
1. Should I refer to Document Checklist IMM5558E? or IMM5557E? IMM5558E - visitor.
2. Do I need to submit return flight tickets?If you have then preferably - to show your intention to leave at the end of their entended stay
3. Is the account balance CAD $11000 enough with my employment letter and my husband employment letter? I dont see that as a problem.
they have about CAD $10000 in Korean Currency but not sure how to prove this. Yours is good enough.
4. in Doc Checklist (IMM5558E) why do they have to sign for this form? Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual (IMM 5475
Because your parents are the applicants and that you are helping them to apply on their behalf.
5. Can I also upload Parents Sponsorship Invitation Letter when I apply for their visitor visa extension on online? Yes to show that this is one of the reasons for their extension of stay.
6. then is there chance to get at least 2 years visitor visa? because I want them to stay with me until they get PR. Visitor visa is for max 6 months. Unlike super visa max 2 years per entry. No harm requesting I guess but the perogative is theirs (IRCC) to decide.
7. Should I be honest to tell CIC about this? or the reason should be only travelling and visiting family? Honesty and transparency always apply! Never forget that. Besides both are valid reasons that you have, right?

Very concern and running out of time...

Hi, are PCC required since age of 18 or for the last 10 years. I thought it was for only last 10 years.
