We did biometrics last week. I was just curious because based on the tracking spreadsheet, it seems like decision made on Ecas can show up before PPR. Just getting greedy

Does it say completed on the biometrics section on GCKey? At least in my case I got DM after my biometrics were completed

We haven't heard a thing since medicals passed either but not sponsoring dependent child. Dependent child is part of application but not accompanying my husband (PA) to Canada.

Ours has been 5 months since SA and no notification of file transfer yet. Nothing happening since medicals passed end of May. Not much you can do but wait, or call IRCC for update but you don't usually get much info.

I actually got notes for NDVO in 2017 on how officers are trained to access the genuineness of the relationship and there is quite a lot of information on what factors they look at. I am not sure if I can upload PDF presentation here.

It's hard to tell if a relationship is 100% genuine LOL... How many times a PA came to Canada and split up with the sponsor after a few months... I even heard stories of PA's splitting up after arriving at the airport.

Hi, our application was received in Sydney, NS Jan 4th and it took longer to get medical tests done because step daughter's (not accompanying) name was incorrect on medical request, then we had to do extra tests for her. All passed by end of May but no bio-metric request and no info on where file is, so assume it's still in NS. PA is from Costa Rica so LVO is Mexico City but don't know if it's going there or not. Just waiting ....

My partner is still waiting for DM. Last we heard from CIC was end of May for biometrics.
