Thanks. Have you and others asked them to update the date and they actually did? The fear is the 1 year validity of medicals and if there is enough time left for remainder of the process to complete.

No I never bother to call them to update. May be I am wrong. But my feeling is that, they know this already. And they won't mistaken again by expiring medicals based on this date.

We got asked to provide medical for both parents and PCC just for dad only and that too for Pakistan. My parents are Pakistani but have been living in and are residents of Dubai for the last 32 years. They only gave a month to get this done!!

Need help with figuring this out if a Pakistani had similar experience with a request like this and how was that done? Did they fly to Pakistan or the embassy helped?

Same question as @Sreshta15. We already emailed the scanned copy of my parent's police certificate since the email indicated "for fastest service, please submit documents through email" but I'm not sure if others also mailed the original copy even after sending an email. Anyone here who just sent an email and did not have to send the original via mail without any delay/problem?

Hi @katewilson76 , I see that you already received pre arrival services. I would like to ask if you sent police certificate via email only or did you end up sending te original copy to VO via post/mail? Thanks!

Also when i emailed them to confirm of they required biometrics or RCMP clearance certificate, they responded by cancelling the fingerprint request and replacing that with RCMP Clearance for PA which was dated June 24, 2019 and have until September 01, 2019.

I have not received medical exam request yet, but the status in my Father's CIC account says
"We are reviewing the results of your medical exam."

Can someone please verify what does it say before you get medical request.

Thanks Yulia. Mine is PGP 2019 case. Online status for me and parents is Application recieved (10 May) so perhaps it's still at Ottawa or Mississauga. I would like to request for biometrics instruction letter as my parents flight is booked for 9 Aug. This will enable them to do it prior to their departure. We are ok with PCC and Medicals as per routine processing time. Trying to save a trip abroad soon after arriving here. Any suggestions are welcome

I did normal Visit Visa for Parents and their was no medical for that, only Biometric.
I am worried if the case office has made some mistake.

yes you can use result, contact your doctor, provide him all form and he should send it to IRCC

My parents went to the doctor who did their pre medical tests, Mom was expired so he took Mom medical test instruction form, SHe did it again and they told us they will send it to IRCC.

But as my Dad's pre medical test was not expired. So they told us to submit the Medical Test Report Form which we got from Hospital with UMI no. to upload ourself with the IME no we received in Medical Instructions from IRCC.
Can you please tell me where to upload my Dad's medical test report in IRCC ? My application is linked to CIC account as well.
