IRCC put wrong person as a dependent to my father. Not sure how they did that. I have sent the web form to correct that on June 20, so far no update at all.

So for all those who have ecas and myCIC available, is it fair to assume that at least the "Application" we sent is complete in the sense that it matches EOI and no information is missing. I do understand we still have to wait for Decision Made and Approved. Mind it we have not received "AOR" yet and also the status is only "Application Received"

IRCC will ask missing document / required document at any stage like appl. received / In process. appl. received and linked to MyCIC does not mean sent compete application.

AoR is random - many have " Decision made " / "In Process "as sponsor but No AoR Yet as per Tracker.

there is no VAC in Buffalo....only two in NY and LA

I think I read on the post that biometrics can be done at USCIS Application Support Center (ASC) / VAC. If it can be done in ASC then there are many options.

I would second that. If your application in the ECAS that means it is complete and will be processed soon.

All previously requested documents sent on Jul 2

No Biometrics letter yet. I hope with applicant being inside Canada, I don't have to, but I will give IRCC call centre a call later to further clarify.
