Depends how long you are in the process. Applicants that passed medicals last year are waiting for a year, some that passed this year waited 2-3 months after medical.

Usually background check is the last step. If your security and background is clear, then that's a good sign.

Unfortunately it's hard to find out. Agents give conflicting information.
