Someone got their DM in our group chat.

He lodged in May 2018 and medicals done October 2018.

And here I am with lodging Jan 2018 and medicals July 2018. I feel like I got skipped...

Anyway, still hoping for news this month... Website says I still have 18 weeks to go.
don't be mad. in that spreadsheet, someone who applied only 7 days before me on March 2018 got PR on November 2018

Good afternoon all.
I just received the email from CIC with the Ready for Visa notification.

Here is my timeline:
Inland applicant
Applied for CSQ on Feb/16
Received CSQ on Oct/17
Applied for PR on Feb/18
Passed Medicals on Oct/18
Pre-Arrival Services letter on Oct/18

I checked yesterday and website shows it is still under process and ETA is Dec/19.

My take on this is, they don't update the website as they should. Also, the ETA shown is a guideline and we could receive the PR on a completely different timing.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes from now on?

Cheers!

Only 13 months? That sounds almost to good to be true... Inland or outland applicant? What "group chat" are you referring to?

Finally landed!! Took a 13 hour flight from Dubai, transited through Toronto airport before landing in Montreal airport. Waited for like 15 minutes in queue. Officers were extremely friendly.procedures took 15 minutes before getting the passport stamped.after that i had to get my check in luggage and take them to another terminal and check in which was quite hard as i had to take my next flight to Montreal in 45 minutes.no paper procedures was done in montreal airport. According to me it's best to avoid Toronto airport. Weather is hot in here and people are extremely polite..goodluck all. God bless

Hello friends

I had applied on Sept 2017, medicals done on June 2018. No news until then, already 21 months crossed. When contacted through web form they replied say my application being processed at CIO SYDNEY, NOVA SCOTIA. is it normal that applications delayed at that visa office.
