@robertp That may not be true based on tracker. We have many with ecas from May 22nd and even May 27th and I am sure they won't be able to link application . On a serious note, there are few before May 9th who are not able to link application for whatever reason.

Yes, however, "complete" does not mean "decision made" or "approved".
Once you are linked in myCIC, you will be able to see real time updates on processing and decisions.

I was in the same situation, was able to see ecas from may 2nd, but only was able to link it today
