Ok; you can check if they started processing your application through ECAS. Do you know when you got requested to do the biometrics?
Mine was on the 23rd of May so I decided to send a inquiry on the 20th of June and my status changed from “Action required” to “Completed” within two days.
Ask your rep if your biometrics were passed if not send the inquiry

You can click on that says that says “In Process” it gives you further information as when they send you correspondence, when medical was received and so on.
Just click on “In Process”

It is for Passport Return and CoPR, in your case it will just be the CoPR. PR Card is processed after you've done your landing in Canada.

Question; Annex A is for the Passport return or for PR card to be mailed to? I’m only sending a copy of my passport since I have a passport from USA.

You’ll receive your PR card months after after having landed. Like 3-4 months later.

Apologies but that's incorrect. These days the average time is 15-20 days after landing.

Biometrics completed after sending inquiry!
