Honestly, May 9th is just the wave front, and I noticed that they have a new processing time specifically for coop and PGWP, looks like they changed the way they process the visa application to have a higher priority.

What documents did you have to submit? If they'd only ask for letter completion without the TOR, would it be a problem??

Mee too, but is it true that PGWP application gets processed in country of origin?
(I don't think so) What do you think?

Check the visa in your passport. It will show there where your papers are processed. If it shows your home country, your PGWP application will be processed there too
