Hey,
I have a question. My file also returned because of the missing documentation. My question is they sent me a letter which has my( Sponsor) UCI number and also has an application number. Do I have to fill that application number in IMM 5669- Schedule A Background Declaration form Question no 2 which ask for Application number? Did you guys fill that information while reapplying? Please reply because I am almost ready to apply.

I would say No. because it will be considered as a complete new application now.

It's not gonna make any difference because they already assigned case no. to your file and they gave u the application no. because they want u to use that no. for the reference. Now its upto u whether u wana fill the file no. or not. But do write a cover letter to be on a safe side.

For Sponsor having spouses(Principal Applicant)
Does anyone know if you provided principal applicant urdu Nadra birth certificate photocopy and translation for Principal Applicant from Pakistan. Should it be accepted enough.
Also I have provided Family registration certificate for Principal Applicant, with also a FRC for new family i.e Sponsor and Principal Applicant

would you tell, if you submitted the translation in English only.

Do you think for Pakistani Principal Applicant is it enough to provide FRC for Parental family as a substitute to birth certificate.
and if you provide English translation of (Urdu) Nadra birth certificate. would it be considered sufficient to support the requirement.

For this, people also provide grade 10 passing certificate showing the same parent name (father) as is in your application form and this has worked. You can also provide NADRA NIC copy as it has parent name as well
