3 Forms were changed.. Minor changes.... like addition of third gender etc..
But you can ignore it... since earlier forms are also being sent many of us...
Large number of people have already submitted their applications before these changes...
Someone posted in this forum that his form was returned because Schedule A IMM5669 was electronically signed for him to send back application with actual sign. But Form IMM5669 clearly states to type the name in last page in the Signature section.
Can anyone shed some light on it? Are you all typing the principal applicants name in the signature section or actually having the principal applicant sign it?
1) There is no requirement to submit NOA if you provide IRCC with your SIN. The document checklist clearly stated this, which probably made you come to the conclusion mentioned in your post.
2) Noone knows at this point and time. Even the timeline to receive AOR is still a blur. However, there are lots of biometrics locations internationally for your parents to go to if it comes down to that. They will provide you with sufficient time to do so.
Thanks for the help. Yeah i just got worried about the NOA. Really appriciate your help.
Does your ECAS status now shows “in process”?
No just application received for both sponsorship and the PR app
At least we can say that they give you 30 days regardless of the end date of submitting PGP applications (28th June). This should be enough time to produce any missing/additional document that they ask for.
I had until July 21 to submit the form but I submitted it yesterday June 22.

This will end well
@YamPower, worry not!
Thank you!
My relative's documentts were delivered on 12 May. He got a letter from IRCC by email today to resubmit Form 5669-Schedule A with signatures by hand within 30 days as the form sent earlier was e-signed which he is doing immediately. Blessing in disguise is that he got the file number starting with XF.
Can anyone comment on this please... IMM5669 stated clearly to type name in last page of the principal applicant signature section. Are you all hand signing it? Your response would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

I typed the name AND signed by hand too as required. If there isn't enough space in the box/line I would hand sign below or next to it

- If you are filling it out on the computer: print out the form and sign it with a handwritten signature, in the signature box. If you do not sign and date the form according to these instructions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you. As per guide 5772

Thanks For the reply YamPower.

my relative's parents didn't hand sign it therefore got the letter. But my parents hand-signed it as I had read about this requirement on few threads. My documents were delivered to Ottawa on 10 May, hopefully will see it on e-cas in the next few days.

Did you type and sign as well in the signature box like YamPower?

Ok that clarifies a lot. Thank you vermas. I will have my parents hand sign it to be safe.

Copy paste from IRCC letter:
IMM 5669 (for Dependant): The Schedule A (IMM 5669) is missing a handwritten signature. Although the current form states that an electronic signature is acceptable, due to legislation changes as of May 22nd, 2018, a handwritten signature is required for this form. Please provide a newly completed Schedule A (IMM 5669) and ensure that you sign the form by hand once printed.

You must also provide any other evidence or documents you have available to satisfy the requirement.
