@legalfalcon and other experts. Need some guidance
Unique situation -
I'm a DEC 04 AOR applicant. After a 195 day wait, yesterday I moved to IP2. My medicals were cleared on Jan 14, 2019. However, today I got a request for medical test (form IMM1017E was attached) which is the same as last stating that I have 30 days to complete. Also my medical status changed to 'We have req. a medical exam'. My last submitted (& approved) medicals are valid until Aug 14, 2019. Any ideas as to whats going on? Do I need to redo the medical tests or should I just upload older docs?

u will have to redo it one of my friend also did it again and they got ppr 2 weeks later .... so may be ur ppr is on the way fingers crossed

Guys, typical ghost update, just now there was nothing, no emails, then I read some posts here, checked, then saw application updated, told my roommate, either ppr or ADR, turned out to be IP2

Recent trend of NDVO:

NOV PNP applicants got processed around May 20th
NOV FSW applicants got processed in the next couple of weeks
DEC PNP applications got processed around the same time as NOV FSW
DEC FSW application are being processed right now this week


Key notes:
1. Every month, PNP applications are being picked up for processing ahead of FSW.
2. When i say applicants it doesn't mean everyone related to that period got processed - there will always be a few outliers whose applications get delayed)
3. NDVO pace has been on par with Ottawa these days. I guess its due to Ottawa reduced pace of processing rather than any efficiency improvements at NDVO

NDVO timeline is 190-200 days

Many November applicants started seeing movement after 190 days Most likely you will move to IP2 on a Monday and then the following Monday you will receive Ready For Visa

Proof of funds isn't statements. Many upload those in addition to it, but it's supposed to be a letter from your bank with your average account balances for the past 6 months. If you didn't upload what they asked for, I'd upload it via CSE to avoid an ADR or possible rejection. This may delay your case. Why did you not upload what they asked for?

FSW Outland
MEP - 16th Jan 2019
No update since then
I have already exceeded 180 days timeline and have tried all options available to check updates. I called IRCC and did not get any helpful information. I raised web form but again no positive response. Then I ordered GCMS notes on 13th May 2019 but have still not received it. I sent mail on
ATIP-AIPRP@cic.gc.ca and got reply that please send email thorough registered email whereas I had used same email while ordering the notes.
I am stuck badly and not able to get any information.

I had called gcms they told applications submitted from 9 to 13 they have not got it from ircc still... may b it is because we r in the end of approval.... they will raise concern after waiting till the end of the week... so we will have ti wait ...hope it was helpful

Complaint @ Greffe-Registry@oic-ci.gc.ca. Explain to them about delay and they should be able to expedite. Or google commissioner office GCMS notes. https://www.oic-ci.gc.ca/en/make-complaint-online
