In the case of Accra Visa office, yes i have read numerous accounts of Nigerians being required to fly over there for an interview just prior to being issued PPR. Haven''t read of any other Visa office outside of Canada doing same.

I got my Medical status as pass as of June 17.I understand there is Biometric (BIL) expected as next step.
I am not too sure if that is different from RCMP fingerprinting. As part of my application I had added RCMP clearance certificate. So just trying to understand if that PCC would be treated as Biometric document or is it something different.

You are inland right? I guess inland applicants doesn't need biometrics...

Yeah I am in Canada on a valid Work Permit so guess that makes it Inland.
I didn't know if it was required or not but i got it done anyways i was getting PCC for other countries so that of getting it done as well. but if this Biometric is same as RCMP PCC certificate then i guess it is already taken care of.
