You will experience the same. Fluctuating is a term used for status change from final review to complete. This happens in nano seconds during the web page loading and it's difficult to get screenshots. Few people can assist you in downloading the report before the final status change on the webpage.

mine shows complete once you enter the status page and then goes back to Final review. Is that what is being referred to here as fluctuation?it doesn't fluctuate, it just shows complete once and then permanently stays on Final review.

True. It does not fluctuate.

But this is the term this forum has been using if the status shows complete and changes back to final review. ..

Nope. You cannot get the report unless your profile shows complete and changes back to Final Review, as far as I am aware.

*Online Submission: 7 January 2019.
*Documents delivered by DHL (including sealed envelope from uni in the same package): 14 January 2019
*AOR 1 & 2: 2 May 2019
*Received ECA soft copy: 10 June 2019
* ECA hard copy: Not received yet.

Need help. Was there anyone who was successful in downloading the report during fluctuating state? I had sent mesg to @amyth.india.& @RTAHIR last Friday but no response yet. Anyone else who can assist?

One guy reporting AORs for 16th Feb delivery, no further evidence of anything beyond 10th Feb delivery dates.
Did this really happen?
Or is everyone stuck from Feb 11 and beyond?

I am awaiting AOR1 for 20th Feb delivery of application and AOR2 for 28th Mar delivery of transcripts.

Mine shows submitted since 7th April, does the status change after 4 months of wait? ICAS and WES were much different than IQAS.

yeah just wait after 4 months and it will be changed from submitted to In line processing

Change in status from submitted is no where related to date of submission. It is related to the delivery of documents. Once your documents are delivered it takes 4 months from then.

Kindly consider the day your docs delivered and not date of submission.

Hey guys, a quick update to all of u.
Docs delivered: 10th feb
AOR 1 AND 2: 4th june
Yesterday 11th june, it has been put on hold as i gave my provisional certificate. IQAS do not accept it. Now i have to upload the degree certificate for which i am in touch with my university. They have given me the timing till 28 june else it will be cancelled

Received AOR1 and 2 today (12th June) for all documents delivered in a single envelope on Feb 19th
