Ya im going to redo it for the updated forms. It is so frustrating but what else i can do.. im keeping my so readytosend app just in case i dont meet the deadline and try to get new signatures from my parents! Gahhhh!!

That's how you should have done in the interest form. Only those who are being sponsored.

You definitely need to count yourself, your wife, person sponsoring, their and your any other dependent to meet the income requirement.

I assume its only you and your wife + your parents. That would require income of 4 people.

Your spouse and you are part of your family right? So it is not going to be ok unfortunately. Your family size should be 4 when you count your parents as well.

will CIC return the application if it is not hand dated?

Date is not handed is not a problem

If u typed name n signed by hand than its acceptable... I missed signs by hand... Now waiting for application to be returned... But I would say form is quite misleading as it says"by typing name u r signing electronically " And now they r not accepting it...

Are you waiting for the return? When did you mail it? Are you going to send another one?

My mother is homemaker and in job title i used "Not Applicable". Do I need to correct it?

On the form 0008 in the last page they asking to write the principal applicant name by hand (Firstname,lastname)...but my dad has middle name as well, so what should I do?

The chages in the forms are across all Federal organizations to add more gender options only as far I know and not related to CIC only. The changes came in effect from Jun 1

which forms were updated? My forms were sign in May and got to Canada in end of May, do I need to refill all forms and sign?

forms were updated in June - don't worry, u should be good. wait until CIC contacts u if anything.

1. Yes proceed with application.

2. Handwritten signature means you use your hand, pick up a pen and use the ink in the pen to make marks on the paper of the form to fashion a pattern what we call a "signature" that represents the person "signing" it. I am not sure what you mean by "physical signature" or "physical sign" seems the same thing to me.
