what's the date range people receiving their PPR?? it's so difficult to follow the Trackers after the MEP.
How to track you In progress (1/2) Not applicable status? My sis didn't see any change in the application status after the biometrics request, which was submitted end of April and then after 90 days she received this:
We are processing your application. we will send you a message when-there is an update or if we need more information from you.
I am in Canada with my spouse for more than 2 yrs and have never left Canada since then.I am with valid work permit (Principal Applicant) and my spouse is in dependent visa (Visitor Record). Recently both of us were asked to provide biometric I submitted a web form mentioning that both of us are in Canada for more than 2 yrs as per public policy we should be exempted. The web form response said that I am exempted but my spouse has been asked for biometric. I called CIC agent and as per the agent my spouse should also be exempted from biometric since she is here for more than 2 yrs and we have valid permits for another 2 yrs till April 2021.
I submitted another web form and waiting for response as per the advise from the agent, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated?
Also in case I have to extend timeline for her biometric (currently it says within 30 days) what is the process as she has to plan for her travel to India?
I am not sure what my status is hopefully you guys have more insights -

Hi Rougepixel, my dates and updates are exactly like yours:
AOR - 14th feb (CEC Inland)
6th April - Medical under review
9th april - Background changed to “ we are processing...”
31st May - Medical passed
I was so surprised that my Medicals was passed after 105 days (whereas for others, it happened in 35-45 days).
It’s comforting to know someone shared similar dates like mine.
June 3 Ghost update sounds interesting- maybe security or eligibility got cleared for you, but you wouldn’t know that looking at your profile, might have to call CIC and ask. Will keep my fingers crossed, maybe I will get ghost tomorrow

Your wife who is on visitor visa can apply her biometrics in USA( if she has visa) rather than coming back to India. You cannot provide biometrics in canada, but USA is fine. One of my friend did this way.
All the best

1. My Spouse who is in valid visitor record valid till 2021 and already in canada for 2 yrs , is she not eligible for exempt from biometric?
2. In case she has to go through biometric, can we process the application for myself now being principal applicant and hold her application, as there are some internal problems going to India for biometric (do no have any other country visa).
