If there was a visa rejection from US after all the documents were submitted for processing, should I raise a CSE and inform CIC or wait for them to get back with ADR??

Just check if it was for acknowledgement of fees paid. You can see it under the view uploaded docs right the top once you log in.

Hi,
Yes it means, but your profile will be updated only after your COPR is issued by the embassy.
Hope all will get PPRs next week.

Really hope so... I feel like i am stuck in some timeloop where my only job is to think about PPR and check my cic account for ghosts and check the forum and then again the loop continues

Looks like a long wait 6-8 months. Not fretting over it but still checking it every day

Your travel records post-AOR, including which visas you apply for and their outcome, are not of interest to IRCC. You do not need to report this to IRCC, unless you are prompted to do so.
