Well it should be , called a few weeks ago and the customer support said she didnt see a thing (as in red flag) on my app : criminality was passed , medical was passed but eligibility was not yet started... so idk whats going on seems they are super late and not up to date on batch of apps idk...

Yes I feel the same. My eligibility says it hasn’t started yet, but I’ve heard of people not have that change sometimes. Who knows really. Let’s just stay patient!
