That is not for EE system, it's for the quota update/extension. You will see another quota extension in later October, early November this year

Cut offs this year would predominantly be staying in the 450s not in the 470s if they continue with 3350 ITAs. Today's was an anomaly due to the 4 week gap draw.

The number of applicants have been increasing each year as Canada has become the most favored destination for immigrants in the last few years. So, cut offs could go higher even with 3350 ITAs but maybe into 460s in the next 2 years if the influx increases.

490 cut off is only possible if they decrease the number of ITAs significantly, which does not seem like an option now with the targets but you would want to keep a close look out on the after election situation before concluding anything as targets can be changed.

Also, 2021 is not the last year of EE, the targets have been set till 2021 as of now. There is no plans as of now to discontinue EE.

I’m at 479 so hopefully would get an ITA in the coming hours. Guys one thing I’ve learned from this trying journey with cic is that, There is no point giving up, Believe in yourself there is
always a way out of any given situation. I understand that I’m still a long way from realising my Canadian dream but trust me your ITA is waiting for you, Just be patient and wait for the pendulum to swing in your favour..! Cheers

Try every realistic option out there to get it.

True that 377(2016) 432(2018) 447(Feb2019) 479(May 2019)=ITA just hang in there people things would eventually work in your favour.

I feel that they would either increase the number of ITAs or they would have few back to back draws sometime this year.
Would it be 3900 or less/more is something which we need to wait and see.

Yes, the next cut off would be around CRS 463 if the draw happens on Jun 12th with 3350 ITAs.
