This happens to me when I applied for PR but it seems that the way CIC processing applications change from time to time and then if you are unlucky to send the application in too early before they revise the operation manual then you can expect to wait very very long time. For example, when I sent the application in for Express Entry, it was just before they changed the processing manual, so everyone else was being processed in 6 months but for me it takes almost 14 months even though I sent the application before them. It is totally by luck, especially in eCAS many people see the status in Process and they just submitted like 2 weeks ago but those sent in application on the first few days after invitation was sent (26,27.28) do not see eCAS updated as In Process yet.

I have a questions around affidavit: So any document i submit instead of my parents birth certificate or marriage certificate, in the form of an affidavit.
I need the affidavit to be notorized in canada via public notory to prove their authenticity? Please clarify
i am submitted application soon for my parents.
they do not have a marriage certificate - so i have an affidavit (declaration) made and notarized along with their wedding invitation copy from 1972
question is - in the checklist point 6 - proof of relation for primary (my father) to dependent (my mother) - do I still check this box?
i was thinking check the box and then write in pen next to it "Declaration and proofs attached".
There is already a cover letter explaining this.

For imm 5768 , the financial evaluation for sponsorship . I have no cosigner, For question 16 I can't write N/A on the computer , should i leave it empty ? or fill it with N/A after i print
In the same form, the employment history section, I have had multiple jobs in the same year (not concurrent but in sequence). someone here mentioned to add all salary per year and draw brackets to reflect the income in NOA , does this stand ? or I should put the salary per each job individually and leave it to CIC to add it ?
