I don't think they have started processing 2019 PGP yet. Even if they have, this type of additional information for individual case won't be requested at an early stage. So pretty sure Mitul applied for 2018 PGP.

The Police Clearance Certificate - Does the dependants on the application also have to go through it

or only the principal applicant?

Yes... If all the dependents are over the age of 18 then you need to provide for all of them.

Although if they haven't asked specifically for dependents... will recommend to do for all as they might come back and say pls provide for dependents too... Just my thoughts!

It took exactly 2 weeks for my parents. They submitted personally in VFS Delhi office on May 1st and they picked their passport back on May 16.

Do I just do from the country of residence only?
