Thank you
Do you guys have any idea why cic requires the name and DOB on the back of the photo? To distinguish between mum and dad?
I have few doubts here...
Document checklist indicates that form IMM0008DEP Additional dependants/Declaration must be included/checked, but in application guide this is what is saying:
If you have more than five (5) dependants:
To include everyone in your application you must complete the following form for each additional family member:
Additional Dependants/Declaration Form IMM0008DEP
We are sponsoring only her parents, she has a brother(over 18) but he is not coming here. So that is less than 5 dependants. Do we still have to fill that form regardless and include in application or it won't be necessary?
Also, regarding Financial Evalution form. It was clarified to me before, but there is 2018 where my gf was Sick leave for 3 months, then 9 months of maternity then 3 months in 2019 she was on maternity.
That period in 2018 she was under 2 different things, sick leave and maternity, but we received only one T4E for both, so how should we write/calculate income for those period separately?
Will there be a problem if I just put that period as one, for example:
2018-01-01 to 2018-12-31---------Employment Insurance---------XX XXX$ , they should be able to see that she was on sick leave/maternity, right?

type the name and have the PA sign next to it
not (hand) signing it will get the officer to send u the app back.
no need to contact CIC, there is a note on the checklist... in bold.
i think i forgot to sign that as well,do i let them know by web form
did anyone got a signature from SCI SCHUITEBOER?
Me
Hi Everyone,
Where do I put the barcodes for the forms that has it?
1. Do I need to put them infront of the application form and follow the document checklist arrangement?
OR
2. Do I need to separate the barcode from the form and put infront of the line behind the document checklist?
Thanks!

Nope, wait for the app to be returned. Sending a msg via web form won't get the form signed anyway.

Shoot so it will be refused?
Shoot so it will be refused?
Not refused, it will just delay it because they will send it back for u to correct it and return it to them.
Next time just read the instructions

is there a shortcut to speak to the CIC agent. every time the response is "we are experiencing a high call volume s#!t"
Ha ha we wish.
They are just busy.. try to look for ur answer on line or, keep trying as u will get through... eventually.

Hey,
How did you check your ECAS to see if it was received? It is asking for an application number, etc on the ECAS page. What information did you enter?
Thanks!
I used my own name, DOB and UCI number and was able to track my application
I know its too early, but really worried about not seeing ECAS after 15 days of application received at CIC, even though others could see it in few days
A totally random process. My worry is about if application is all correct or something is missing, so ecas will bring that peace of mind.
