On completing his forms, my son has calculated that his total income is $2000 short for 2016 when he first landed in Canada as a PR (Canadian wife sponsored him). It took him 12 months to find employment in his specialised field. His income for 2017 and 2018 far exceeds the amount need to sponsor myself and wife.

Is there any point in continuing with our application?

Well I had to wait 2 to 3 years because of applicants like your son and others, who are not eligible yet they fill out the interest form. It is unfair for eligible applicants like me that they don't get the chance since the positions get filled by ineligible applicants.

I am filling up the Parents sponsorship form. I applied for my parents sponsorship few years back which was rejected. Is it ok to use the same UCI from the previous application in the current one.

ECAS shows my mother as principal applicant and father as dependent where as on file I had my father as principal applicant. Anyone else having similar issue?

Will Xpresspost deliver the package properly to PO BOX 8020 or should I have used any other method of shipping through Canadapost?

Guy's a question, I have sent by Xpresspost, and now they received the package. How do I get the E-case ? Do they send the UCI by email? how do we log in?
And under which one? The Sponsor or the parents I am sponsoring?
Do I login into My CIC account and then I will see theirs?

yes, use the same UCI - that is their id number, it will always be the same.

yes, it does matter! IMM008 is to be filled out by principal applicant (or with his/her info)
if your parents are in India, use India's address. if you want to receive all of their communication, fill out the representative form and IRCC will contact/send stuff to you.
