They received the documents on 1st of April. Bachelor degree 4 years. I contacted them many times through the contact us option on their website. I strongly believe that it helps to accelerate the process

ok. Is it advisable to again go for eca despite being at 448?? please suggest.
Also there had been some instances recently where folks in the group got master equivalency from ICES for their one year pg diploma evaluated by wes. I am in a total dilemma whether to go for evaluation and ,if yes, which one ICES/IQAS. Senior please help.
I have a doubt on calculating work experience, I started working from Dec 2017 in Canada and I had vacation for 3 months for medical reasons. I was back home for July, Aug, Sept 2018 and started working again since from October for the same company. My question is that whether I can calculate that 3 months under experience or not.
Also I have worked in India for an construction company for more than a year where they paid me in Cash. I don't have any payslips, bank statements, tax slips or any medical insurance proof, but I have experience letter. Is it enough or CIC need more information to prove my Indian experience.

Not sure, why everyone is confused here with the upcoming draw. A regular draw is generally conducted on 2 weeks gap. If any FST or PNP draw happens after 2 weeks, then 99.99% regular draw is conducted in the following week.
I would say, at the end CIC know better than us and definitely has better plan than what we think and suggest here. So, just relax and wait for coming Wednesday, we’ll have clear picture on everything - be it number of ITA’s, cut-off, regular/PNP draw.
Moreover, ITA’s will definitely be increased and 1 week draw will also happen. Let’s be more patient for next two months.

Hi there,
It depends on your payroll. If your company didn't stop paying you while you were on a sick leave then you can count those 3 months as your work experience. If not, then CIC won't count it towards your work experience.
For Indian experience, if you have at least your contract and a strong reference letter you're good to go even you were paid in cash.

I know that it's a real test of time mate. I still feel pretty confident that ITA will come at 448, although late. There's enough people to suggest that our chances are low, but we were on course until this FST draw! I am going to wait for my turn. Hopefully, increased draw size and b2b draw will lower the cutoff.
I'm not too keen on IELTS as they never give u more than 7 in writing. All my effort would only contribute to 3 more points, discarding 3 more for writing. Again, I have to be lucky for to get those 3 extra points!
For a newbie this technical talk is so confusing haha. My husband and I are still waiting for our ECA. His account has been updated - should be ready by 6th June. I'm still waiting for an update on mine.
He'll be taking his IELTS tomorrow. Second attempt! Really hoping for a CLB 10. Fingers crossed!

I have both offer letter and employment letter meeting the NOC standards for Indian experience. I just wondering to know what else I need from the company.
I don't know what kind of documents that CIC need to process my application. Can you please let me know with more information about it.

If you don't have payslips then you can request certificate of salary which summarizes all your earnings.
But if your reference letter is strong with all required details then it should be fine. Hope your former company has a website which makes easy for immigration officer to go into it in order to check if that company exists.
