Ok , but they never requested a thing from start besides BR / MR which are completed already. I guess is different when there's a provincial undertake to do (Quebec) ... cause i need this next letter to finally apply on it.

Can I ask you please which letter you mean ? the approval letter ? I'm planing to apply also for CSQ in the next days with approval letter.

Well we have to wait this letter it seems... that's what allow us to apply.
it was mentioned in the SA communication.

Next communication gonna include instruction for provincial undertake.

"Une lettre de confirmation vous sera expédiée lorsque la demande sera envoyée au bureau des visas vous informant
du bureau des visas choisi. Cette lettre de confirmation fournira également des instructions sur la façon
de soumettre une demande d’engagement au gouvernement provincial."

But when I checked the provincial (Quebec) form (A-1520-BF) the section.2 they said :

Preuve de votre admissibilité comme personne qui parraine :
• Lettre ou courriel récent de Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada
contenant :
– la confirmation que vous avez satisfait aux conditions d’admissibilité pour parrainer et vous invitant à déposer une demande d’engagement auprès du ministère de l’Immigration, de la Diversité et de l’Inclusion;
– votre nom et celui de la personne parrainée principale;
– le nom du bureau de Immigration, Réfugiés et Citoyenneté Canada qui traitera la demande de résidence permanente de la personne parrainée ou des personnes parrainées.

So basically the first letter meets those requirements, I guess...

I think its cause our principal applicant is from Pakistan. No files for Pak applicants have been transferred or atleast not updated on tracker. Maybe london visa office is overloaded with apps

Same here!!!! Been 41 days since i got SA medical and biometrics done and passed..dont know whats taking forever

I am late March applicant who received SA today.
I checked tracker and it seemed as if no application for Pakistanis was transferred to the visa office.

Situation looks dreadful for us Pakistanis, I don't know what wrong we have done lol.

London is the worst and most notorious visa officer. They processed my own PR application with quite a lot of delay as well a couple of years ago. And now more and more people are applying, so London must be full.

Guess it will take the normal 12 months minimum.

So after an hour of waiting, been able to talk to an agent. We need to wait another letter for csq cause they kind of start the verification on our financial for quebec before we apply so its faster. She said is should be soon in the next weeks. No precision but is the info i got. And she said that just round of criminality been completed for now. Still security and eligibiliy to process which is what takes the most time, but visa transfer should be synchronized with CSQ around.
