I am PR in Canada and received Invitation to sponsor Parents. I have a few questions about dependents and birth/marriage certificate requested by CIC in the application package.

1. I have a younger brother (21) and sister (27). Can I include both of them in the application or only dependent who is less than 22 years of age?
2. I (sponsor) don't have a birth certificate. Is there any other document that I can provide to prove my relationship with my parents?
3. My parents are in India, and my father (Principal applicant) doesn't have a birth certificate and marriage certificate. What other documents can we provide to prove their Identity and relationship?

Thanks, i have filled in the UCI number for the form 5669. Can we leave the application number in the 5669 form empty or do we need to write Not Applicable in the box ?

It boggles me that some who had submitted later have their ecas updated while other are still waiting anxiously who have submitted way way back .

Guys my father has only 2 dependents (my mother and my younger brother) do we need to fill out IMM008DEP form? I dont see the need as my father's dependents are covered in generic application imm008Generic.

Hello guys

I received a mail from my parents and there is difference in paper size.

In Canada we have paper size of 8.5 by 11 inches
Back home we have letter size of 8.3 by 11.7 inches.

Now ,the paper i received according to my back home country.

Does the paper size really matters?

I have same question. All the papers received from parents are different size and differnt color/quality of paper. I am not sure if it really matters. Thinking to send the same document.

Did they send you all pages or just the signature page?

You can send the same document or Scan them and reprint them in Letter size and attach the original with them.

IMM 5562 is not part of application Package for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship. You should not include the forms which are not part of the application package and not requested to submit.
