This is because of the workload, there are cases who have not got there A 11.2 cleared after 6 months.
I can just suggest people to have patience.

Login to your profile and after that in your PR application. In the message section click on "Confirmation of Online Application Transmission" message. Over there you will see "Your payment receipt number is # AB12346512". Click on the number and walla!

Your case is similar to mine. I was transferred to Calgary, and after everything was passed it was sent to Montreal. AOR Nov 3. Looks like it took more than a month tor Montreal to make a move... mine was transferred around mid April, sounds like I still have at least few weeks before I hear something.
