Your father's death cert is not required, but you may send along as supporting doc to prove that he is indeed dead. Some PGP 2018 applicants are asked to submit death cert in the middle of processing, so might as well include it now to avoid delay. A copy will suffice.

Don't you need Birth Certificate of Father and Mother, like 10th Certificate and Affidavit?

1.I think Birth Certificate of Father and Mother will be required when you are sponsoring your grandparents.

IMM5771e mentions that:
If you are sponsoring the mother or father of your mother or father, you must also inclue the following
- photocopy of your mother or fater's birth certificate.

2. Secondary school information - SCC certificate(10th certificate) details are listed in IMM 5669 form. But cic is not asking for any documents for it

1.do we have to give the details of only high school and post secondary education? not primary school details?
2. what would you write for field of study and certificate issued for high school (from grade 7-12)?

3. in financial evaluation form, iam not employed in 2016 January, I got my job since February 2016.. I am just wondering if I have to write 2016-jan as unemployed for my last 3 yrs job history?

Your mother can get her medical done in Canada so she doesn’t need to leave the country

Doesn't it have anything that refers to a baby of some sort? Otherwise how do they know which sibling the birth certificate belongs to?
