I don't think so. I think you should be fine. They may ask for an ADR but that totally depends on how convincing all your other work documents are.


Hope the job duties listed matches with your Noc.

my reference letter was as per what was written on the site...but the company has no online presence as such...maybe thats the reason for the adr...hopefully this should be the last of the adrs...unless they decide to bombard me with personal history request...

Hi,

I have a query and am hoping that someone can guide me on this matter or direct me to the right forum.

I've received the email to submit my passport, however i'm confused as to which Visa Application Centre (VAC) I must submit the documents. The email mentions Australia, New Zealand or Fiji and I have since moved from Australia to India. Can I submit the docs at my local VAC? In my case Bangalore.

Any help will be much appreciated.

PS: I've raised a CSE asking IRCC the exact same query stated above, and am awaiting their response.

Here is the response recieved when I raised a webform to know my status.

• The responsible office is not currently verifying if your application meets the eligibility requirements under the immigration program for which you have applied,
  • you may be contacted via your account if additional information is needed.

• The background verifications are not in process yet.

What a response it basically states that the application is simply sitting in their desk, this is frustrating when you look from the perspective of an applicant that has paid all the required fees and respectfully submits an application

On the other hand, it seems that your application is not delayed for RR which is good!

When did you order your notes last and what are the notes comment at the end of the pdf

The first note was ordered on the 90th day (note date 21.02.2019) and the second note was ordered on the 150th day (note date 23.04.2019) from AOR. Both the notes are almost the same. The only difference is, in the second note, my CSE & GCMS request are included in the Incoming messages section, that's all.

And regarding the end comments, all seemed fine. PoF Appears to meet, Experience certificate OK, all Passports OK with sufficient validity, PPC NRT: Recommended Pass Criminality, Client Information (LoE) Review required. Comments were given by: CIC Sydney on January 3, 2019. Transferred the file to CPC Ottawa on January 10, 2019.

Just got off the call with a very nice agent. She said eligibility is recommended pass and security is in progress. She said everything is looking very positive and I won't get PPR within 6 months (that's tomorrow), but it should be soon.

No, I didn't order. As my timeline shows 21 days left, I'm positively waiting for PPR.

But your application states eligibility not started, did you try calling them

Thanks for sharing this, it means your eligibility is clear under sec A11.2. Next step would be Criminality which will pass soon, Can see note 3 reference R10. What you need to wait is Security which might take some time.

I have been a silent visitor to this group for a while now.

Visa Type: FSW-O
AOR : 17 November
MEP: 21 December

And no updates ever since

I was getting anxious about it since only 8 days are left for the 6 month period to expire.

So I called up IRCC helpline through Skype. And after almost a 45 minute wait in queue I got through her.

A very polite lady indeed. She confirmed that my eligibility had been met on January 14th and my file had been passed to CPC Ottawa.
My security and background checks are currently taking place so everything looks in order. There has been no ADR as well.

Though she has said that due to backlogs of applications, the latest date by which I can expect a decision on my application is 11 July.

So I thought that this info can be of help to all of you
