There is a possibility that they will request another photos with the required info on the back. Good Luck

Just send an explanation letter. It wouldn't hurt.

So based on your case, it is taking 4 working days for ECAS to be updated. Assuming it stays the same, I can expect my ECAS to be updated on May 10th.

The discussion (a few pages back in this forum) on sending the forms early on when the workload on the Case Officers is light is relevant.

I'm in the same boat. Mine was delivered to Ottawa on the 26th as well but no update on ECAS. Did you put barcode pages at the front? I didn't and i'm wondering if that's why no update on ECAS for me...

The order was:
Letter of invitation with attached explanatory letter due to mistake on family size on EOI (including screen captures of tweets by IRCC twitter account)
Checklist
IMM 1344 with the bar code on top and then IMM 0008 with the bar code on top
After that I just followed the checklist

Understood, well let's keep fingers crossed. I don't think this is make-or-break in case case. But it is clear that it is not in the order of email invite received. E.g. @kinetic2214 got his email invite on April 25th but already has is Ecas updated. It is indeed in the order of application received by CIC (which makes sense) @kinetic2214 what was your method for sending the application? Courier or CanadaPost /Xpresspost?
