2018-01-01 to PRESENT = 2019 income So far
2018-01-01 to 2018-12-31 = 2018 income
2017-01-01 to 2017-12-31 = 2017 income
2016-01-01 to 2016-12-31 = 2016 income
Either Dad or mom can become the Principal Applicant. Then his or her spouse will become dependent. Both Parents need to fill IMM5406 for them separately.
Consider the mother as main applicant of PGP 2019 application. However it doesn't matter for IMM5406, since both main applicant and dependent need to fill their own forms. So, for the form that the mom will fill (she will be the applicant for her form and spouse will be the 'dad') and when the dad will fill (he will be the applicant of his form and the mom as 'spouse').
For IMM5406, can I type most of the information and then write native words by hand?
Is it okay to type information on the forms and hand write some info? Just want to make sure it is not one or the other i.e. either we just type or just fill by hand and mixing is not permitted?
But in the invitation letter it clealy says that this schedule A must be validated printed and handwritten signature. Perhaps an Only form that is specifically mentioned on invitation letter.
I verified the checklist and yes, in this they specifically mention: "For this form to be accepted, you must:a) complete it b) validate it c) print it d) sign it.". -
But on the application guide they have mentioned that one can fill * symbol for unknown figure in a date. The missing information can be added by hand but the form cannot be validated.
Now I am not sure where to get my grand mother's date of birth. Confused.

Don't need to submit all pages of Passport.IRCC is not interested in blank pages.
You should include Pages such as First Page which reflects information such as Passport number, Names, Expiry dates. The last page which does contains address and other information. Any page where they got Visas or stamps of immigration if they have traveled.
Copy of both passports expired and current.

Thnks Garry
It says submit passport not passports so not sure if they are interested in 10 previous passports too!
How about the stamps if they are non English? Translation needed for every stamp or only when they request? Appreciate feedback based on experience not mere speculation. Thnx
Guys does it matter if the application is dated before other documents like affidavit translation etc? Or does the application need to be dated the very last?
Sorry for the late reply. Here is a template. Its a work in progress. But this is the gist of it:
My daughter wishes to sponsor me for permanent residency through this program in 2019. However, my husband is not included in this application for the following reasons.
I was married to XXX on XX-XX-XX. My marriage to him was unsuccessful. A few years into our marriage contact with him progressively decreased culminating in complete lack of contact over 20 years ago.
Due to my cultural and religious beliefs I did not and do not wish to seek divorce. I believe that my situation falls in the category of legal separation for the purpose of this application. Therefore, I have not declared him as a dependant.
I have included an affidavit to declare our long term separation. Kindly regard this as proof of legal separation. I declare by this letter that I agree never to sponsor my husband in the future. I am also willing to sign a solemn declaration for the same if you need me to do so.
I have not submitted my IT return for 2018 yet but amount is much more then required.
I have my IT return for 2015, 2016, 2017 and all are above the income requirement, how do fill the form
I submit my application alreay, just realized I missed birthday and address on form additional family information for both of my parents. Totally didn't see it Is anything I can do it now. So scared they will return my application. Thx all.

Actually, I only know the year of the date of birth of my parents. I will just
So can't we put it like that?
2018-01-01 to Present = 2018 income ( line 150)
2017-01-01 to 2017-12-31 = 2017 income (line 150)
2016-01-01 to 2016-12-31 = 2016 income (line 150)[/QUOTE]
No, thats the problem because the form already has "PRESENT" in it and it implies that you tell them what you have earned in this year only till date and provide accurate breakdown of past 3 years.
