I did not get an email notification but I just checked my account and it said application update.

BCG now says- "We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

That's IP2 right?

No it is completely normal. Although is seems strange to get such a form to fill many applicants who don’t study get it. The reason is unknown.
So don’t be worry about it.

I have done Masters in Technology from India currently I am working and not studying so some questions are not applicable, so what to fill there and do we need to fill by hand and scan and upload it

Got same, but mine is now in N/A...Got first ghost update last week Thursday and got a second ghost update this week on Thursday

Does PPR really mean a guaranteed PR? I would like to book my tickets as flight rates are increasing everyday and as usual seats are getting filled up for Toronto from Bangalore. Should I go ahead and book it? I just need advice from people who are probably on the same boat as me. Also, I received PPR on 26th April and my passport reached IRCC office New Delhi on 1st of May.

You will get your PPR tomorrow or Monday Max. I’m Nov 3rd too. IP1 to IP2 on 25th April without any email (just ghost update) and PPR on 26th before I woke up.
