Hi Everyone, 5669 wont validate for me because i do not have date of birth for one of my maternal parents. How to validate ? should i attach letter of explanation with it that why I am not able to validate.

In the additional family information ( section c) , I put NONE in the email address as my parent siblings don't have their email address.

No, thats quite understandable that elder people don’t use emails.
However if you want you can include that.
But alot of us are putting N/A (I did for everyone).

I want to know that the website of cic says that u hv to mantain minimum necessary income while the processing of the application
How does cic know if income of the year (2019) doesn’t meet eligibility even though 2016,2017 and 2018 meet requirement
And should cosigner sign if he/she donor meet income requirement for 2019 but do so for 2016,2017 and 2018
Pls suggest!

For first question, lets say the processing goes into year 2020, they can ask you to provide NOA of 2019.
If your family soze changes in the procesaing, you are supposed to inform them about that change (if the size increases i.e. a new born baby), they might again ask you to provide proof of enough income covering the new member.
But it is always upto them if they want to see it, its not that they always do it.

Can you write last name as Surname while filling the forms incase a person doesn't have a surname and in passport there is no surname written as well?

I used the same style while applying for super visa and there was no problem and filled expression of interest with same

You don't need to add affidavit for this reason. It is common problem with Indian passports where Singh is not added to last names. CIC is aware about this problem. Many people did same to validate the submission form. You just need to add explanation letter.
