How we enter the country code for Indian land number and mobile number for Q 3 and 4 , IMM0008 form. Is it like 0091 or 091
Please advise.

I am going to sponsor my mom and dad. Can anyone please write down all form name which i need to fill up.

Please read the guide 5772 on their website. It has all the information you need to know.

Lets say your dad is principal applicant and mom dependent spouse and they have no other dependent children.

Forms to be filled up/signed by sponsor:

Imm1344 - (If you have co-signer, he/she will sign this too, and your dad the principal applicant will sign thia too)
Imm5768 - Sponsor and co-signer if applicable
Imm5748 - if you do not give them your SIN and permission to get your tax info from CRA

Forms for Parents:
Imm008 - Principal Applicant (will include your mom’s info but no signature)
Imm5406 - Both Dad and Mom will fill their own separate copies and sign
Imm5669- Both Dad and Mom will fill their own separate copies and sign
Imm5476 - If they have a representative.

Please refer to the guide, you will find all the info.

2016-2018 used both ways / I used my F+parents to show my income is good for all FS/, people understood differently and both ways are working, thats not the main section, main thing to meet MNI for total family size

So i think 2 would be perfect to put that in.. even though family size is also mentioned in guide section too.

I think @Canim5555 got wrong info from representative.

Guys please help me.
For Education I only mentioned College (4yrs) and high school (6yrs)

Certificate issued? I don't know what I should right here - Level of education was bachelor's degree.
This part is really confusing. I'm pretty sure we should only start from high school to university, but still can't understand the difference between LEVEL OF EDUCATION and CERTIFICATE ISSUED. can't both be Bachelor's degree?!

The rule Changed on Jun 18, 2018. Now the subsequent visits are for 2 yrs unless otherwise date mentioned on the stamp.
But dn't just exit and try to enter on super vis to just extend the stay, its red flagged in the system.
File for an extension and you can get for 1 year on super visa.

Do you mean, at a time parents can stay up to 3 years? please let me know.

It is just 91. The 0 and 00 is only applicable on the based of the location of caller. These days caller use + sign in the beginning so 00 or 0 is no longer in use. Immigration officers understands 91 means +91

The guide 5772 says regarding 0008. " if 2d bar codes can't be machine read for any reason, the application will be returned to you without processing"
Very harsh condition??
