One set is needed. 1344 will have the name of principal applicant only, the dependent is not listed there.
You need to fill 5669 for each of your parents, so u fill two. For other children, it will depend on their age. If they are below 21, then they can be included in the application.

Please help here. I got invitation to appply for parents sponsorship. My mother is on visitor visa and her 6 months is finishing on may 16. Is it okay to apply for her extension? I hope this will not create any issue in her pr process. Please answer

You can apply for extension, no issues.

EI benefits will not count towards income calculation---> Not so clear on this but I think you meant that we will nto deduct EI benefits. If so I agree.

EI payments are taxable income, meaning federal and provincial or territorial taxes, where applicable, are deducted when you receive them. This means it is sitting on your Line 105.

Again, although EI benefit is taxable income, EI income is deducted from your income to calculate income for sponsorship purposes.

I was really worried because they have to fill up and sign these forms + photos and post them to me:

I was also wondering if I have to leave the UCI section blank or not. My parents obtained their visitor visa 2 years ago, meaning that they have UCI, but this is totally different from PR app I feel.

Im sponsoring my Mam ONLY, My Dad is deceased since 5 years, no other dependant.
Do I need Dad's Death certificate??? is there a reference somwhere?

I am sending a copy of death certificate along with the application. Read in 2018 forum somewhere it is good to send it.

I agree. They usually scan them once they received the application. That's also why NOT to staple them.

I never heard someone got refused by stapling papers and printing on 2 sides. You are saving the planet by printing the application two sides.
