Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship 2019

My mother has no education but the form requires to fill that section. Is there any way to validate without filling it out?

Did your mom attended elementary or even grade 1? Because even if she didn't finish school, you can still type it under the Education category stating that she's undergrad.

For my personal opinion, I think you have to count your husband because legally you are still married. You are about to apply for divorce and there's no decision yet so again you are still married. Count him in the family size.

One more thing i noticed when i am filling sponsorship agreement form under sponsor details i select my marital status as legally separated it greys out the option to fill my current spouse details it takes me to previous spouse details where i am filling my husband details . This makes me feel that separation will also be treated somewhat like divorced while calculating family size. Though as per my lawyer there is n

I saw some posts that in one of the forms we have write the names in the native language. Can anybody tell me that in which form and which column we have to do this?

Form 5406, additional family information.
You provide all the names ( only names), in native language.

Can someone please say what's the point of Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP]? I can see the same form available under "ADD DEPENDENT" in Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008]. Can we just skip Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] ?

Just an advice to all of us applicants. Do not rush to submit until you are 101% completely sure about the forms you have filled out. Also check out the following before printing and submitting your forms:
1. Make sure your forms shows VALIDATED .
2. Don't forget signatures of your parents (principal applicant) for forms IMM1344, IMM0008, IMM5669 AND IMM 5406.
3. Dates

1. I am taking Parental leave from July 2019? Is this affect my application as my income will be less? I am a sponsor and my wife is not co-signer?

2. Does the CIC only looking for last three-year income or they will look for 2019 as well? In my case – I am leaving Canada for more than 2 months and will be on Parental leave?

I followed next steps: Validated, Printed and signed electronically.
My plan was that next to the electronic signature which is First and last name, my parents would write their first and last name by hand and sign.
What do you think will "double" signing make this form not valid?
