Thanks Kathy. Yea I thought so. The only problem is on her second entry to Canada they tweaked the rule. The website had a section which read "Subsequent visits would only allowed for 6 months". We had to apply for an extension. Can't seem to find that text on their website anymore.

Yes that’s happening with me and a friend of mine too.
Everytime it says that about country code.
And when i validate it says successfully validated, and before printing it gives warning that you are about to print an un validated form.
I don’t know what can we do

Yes it is happening with me too....can anybody else share who has validated 1344, are they getting the same problem

why i cannot fill the forms? it is said i need contact the author of the forms. i updated the adobe software, but still not working.
how you fill the forms? print them and fill manually? thank you for your advice.

Download the forms and open from the downloaded folder using adobe reader. They will open.

Are you guys filling out shorter trips less than 6months? I just filled retired for the last 10yrs, as my father is retired n nothing else, though he had 1-2 month trips to US and Canada in the last 10yrs.

I did fill all trips just to be sure as CIC might have access to the details of their entry into Canada.

Hello everyone!!

I am separated from my husband from last three years i dont even know where he is. We dont have any children and doenst have anything in joint like bank account etc. And i am filling tax as separated status from last 3 years. I need to know do i have to count my husband while calculating family size? I dont have any court separation agreement. I will be applying for divorce this week. I am thinking to put petition from lawyer that i have filed my divorce which will show separation date on it. Do i still have to include my husband in family size calculation. Please let me know if anyone has same situation or any experience.

Your Spouse or common-law partner, if not included in 3. above. Please details on the back of this page if he or she is not co-signing the undertaking.
My response should be "0"?? and Do I need to provide details in Question # 11??

I didn't see that, you're right! Could you get your father's birth certificate to get the correct date?

I have a copy of his birth certificate but the section for his father is blank! He only knows his fathers name nothing more. I guess he wasn’t in the picture at all. I guess I should just click “unknown” and provide a copy of his birth certificate?

The only problem is that my father was previously sponsored by my mom which got denied and they are no longer together. I am just worried about clicking “unknown” when they have documents in the system where it states his fathers name on them.

I don’t know why this is a problem now when

If you need more space for any section, print out an additional page containing the appropriate section, complete it and submit it along with your application.
