- Form imm5669, does not allow to leave given name blank, for the rest of the forms I have left it blank as parenta do not have last name (I put given name in last and left given name blank),
So is it ok to put not applicable there and include an explanation?

- For Parents passport copies, do we have to send their old passport copies too or just current?

One more stupid question guys....I just saw that my birth certificate has my parents name, however, my name is not there. Will it work or do we need to get the new birth certificate with my name on it?

If it is possible to get one then get it. Otherwise make an affidavit for birth certificate and explanation letter. Do not forget to include copy of birth certificate with application even it does not have your name. In explanation letter mention about the reason to include affidavit.

If you are referring to what they said on Twitter on Wednesday, they've rectified the comment. You CANNOT SEND an application without the letter, because it includes a bar code that helps the agent match your application and the checklist states that this letter is the 1st page of the application package, not a screen print from the website

I didn’t get invitations to apply email but with confirmation number I checked we are accepted in the first round.i called cic they said due to technical problem we cannot send you invitations to apply,but you can submit yourdocuments and just attach the screen shot that says you are invited.just wondering if anybodyelse faced the same problem
