100% similar to me ... It said Delivered to Ottawa recepient’s partner... I guess you will get update in your profile Monday or Tuesday.

My passports were delivered on April 16, got update yesterday(April 24, '19) to send photographs as the background was grey. Sent the photos on April 24 and waiting for updates

Hello everyone
I deposited my passport since April 1st at vfs global for transmission to Dakar VO but since then even the final decision in my account isn't yet updated to approved. ..it's already been 27days and I'm really doubting if it's normal. .I've been checking the tracking number online but it just says my ppt is being processed in Dakar VO, no other detail
Plse I'll like to know if anyone has witnessed such a situation and what can I do to remediate. .thks

Hello Guys ,

We received the PPR request after 6.5 months !!! We're so excited.
Just wanted to confirm if we have to send our passports , 2 photos and one signed page from request letter to VFS?
Also, any idea how much time on average is taken by VF, New York to return passports?
