Why do you want misled people? Why not prepare the correct way now, many people who do the sorting are like very young people, they just follow a check list, if does not meet any requirements means RETURN.

I sponsored my spouse in 2010 for PR and my spouse also a citizen now. "For Section 3. B) i) Number of persons included in previous undertakings your signed as a sponsor and that are still in effect. Provide details in question 9 on page 2." do I need to include 1?

I think for question 2, I don't need to include 1 as Spouse undertaking is only valid for 3 years.

This is extremely wrong, you need to submit parents photos not YOURS. Only need 2 photos of the parents each, must be taken according to strict requirements in the guide, must be taken at where your parents reside. This is the most common ground where people got rejected for PR application (wrong photo size, wrong format etc)

If you read IMM1344e undertaking of sponsor, spouse sponsorship is only period of 3 years. So if you sponsor her in 2010, 3 years undertaking is already finished.

You need to fill out #11 and #15 and if she’s not co-signing no need to answer #16 and 17

Thanks for hughlighting points. I have my non english documents translated officially. But they were translated and stamped in 2016. Are they still acceptable? That is for birth and marriage certificates.

Same here, I cannot find anywhere that would say there is expiry date of notorized and translated documents.
Previously for my citizenship application, I was able to use documents that were noterized and translated 5 years older.
However for this application of my parents, i am going to have all documents done again and ask my parents to courier them here. Because it is quite easy to get them noterized and translated back home.
