I received the invitation to apply for sponsorship for my parents.

My spouse passed away recently. In IMM-1334 form for question 9 what should I fill?

8 a) Your Current Marital Status : Widowed
8 b) and 8 c) are grayed out

9 a) Have you previously been married : Yes and provide details??
The period would be from Date of Marriage to the Death date of my Spouse?

Hi guys. My father is currently here in Canada (Supervisa). I have invitation to apply. My question is about the form imm0008 form the current country of residence, I think I have to put in there that Canada is his current country of residence, my problem is what is the date "to" I am going to put?

Hi, can someone help, I just found out today that my wife has earlier sponsored her sister under Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program many years ago. This is completely not in my understanding up to today. She has signed some financial agreement with Manitoba but not the Federal, is this considered an undertaking under effect? I am extremely upset with this surprise news as she never told me before on this one

That's quite the surprise. Was she supposed to be a co-signer and it messes with your requirements? Sorry, but I think it is an undertaking.

To become a sponsor, you must promise to financially take care of the persons you are sponsoring for a period of time. We call this promise an undertaking.

The invitation letter goes at the very top. Other than that, yes. At least that's how I read it. It just makes life easier for them not like their going to deny your application for the wrong form order.

Current residence is Canada and Status is Visitor the day you will sign your application Date to.

Follow the Guide 100%, do not even attempt to mess up with that, they clearly said place the bar codes on top of everything, if you do not follow they may or may not return your application but up to them since you do not follow the guide

You have to fill only once. You are submiting for both parents while submiting application.

help me please... i'm confused here.

in 2016, i was contracting and made roughly e.g. 110K but paid tax on $75K which is at line 150.
35K were the business expenses,

which one is my gross income for that year ? thanks.

I would say, its line 150 only.

Form 0008, PERSONAL DETAILS question 12, is this asking for single stay duration, or accumulative duration?
My mom has been in Canada multiple times accumulating more than six months, but none individual stay was over six months.
Should I answer yes or no?
