I think the website could be wrong because you can't just send your application without the bar code they provide in the invitation email.

"Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is pleased to invite you to submit a
complete application to sponsor your parents and grandparents as part of the 2019 Parents and
Grandparents Program.
You have 60 days from the date of this email to submit your complete application. It must be
received on or before June 28th, 2019. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted and
will be returned to you along with the fees.
Below is a barcode that will help our agents match your application(s) to the information you
submitted when you expressed your interest to sponsor. Please print this page and include it as
the first page with your application."

I have problem opening the application checklist. I have installed the latest version of Adobe Reader but still said not able to open it. Can anyone help here?

Try this:
Right click on it, Save link as and and save the pdf to your desired location. Then open your file explorer and open the pdf file. Dont open it on browser.
Let me know if that works.

I think its just matter of email delivery delay. I received email at 11:35. Many have been receiving lately.

I think they are sending invites n batch ! Website says invited and not received email yet
