Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Anyone here who got approved even if your NBI has a note "NO CRIMINAL RECORD" and attached the case details? I have a dismissed case and I have clearance from NBI and the court documents. Just wondering if this is an issue even if the case was dismissed.

Hi po. I hope someone could help me. I'm applying po under SDS Online sana I have no agent po kasi. I have na all my requirements ready pero paano ko po ma sasabi na under SDS ako mag aapply? Do I need to attach as well yung document checklist then check ko po yung SDS? Thank you po.

pag nag apply kayo online, may certain questions dun na need nyo sagutan. Depende sa answer nyo, lalabas ang docs na need nyo i upload. If you answer all YES sa upfront medical, paid 1yr Tuition and ielts no below 6 band score, mag fall ang category nyo under SDS. just make sure you comply to these 3 requirements for SDS otherwise your app, will fall under regular.

Hi po! Regarding po sa Spouse Open Work Permit, plan po namin na hintayin ang approval ng Student Permit ng hubby ko before ako mag apply ng SOWP and Visitor's Visa for my baby. Ask ko lng po if we need POF din ba if mag apply na kami ng baby ko for our visas? or no need na ng proof of funds since for work visa ang aapplyan ko. Pde din ba kami sabay umalis papuntang Canada even though hindi kami sabay nag apply ng mga visas namin? Thanks sa makakasagot.

Hello po. May question lang po sana regarding Imm1294e form. Medyo confused po kasi ako on what I should put under room and lodging, others and funds available for stay in Canada? I paid 1,500 sa school as reservation fee, aunt will be sponsoring my food and accom, transpo, small part of tuition and other expenses. Pano po ba to? Yes madali lang. just make sure na naka set ka ng appointment. It will just take minutes.

Would you mind sharing po your POF? I kinda have same situation as you. My husband will be the student, me SOWP and TRV for our 2yr old baby. We’re considering submitting our application in one process but we don’t know how much POF would give us fair chances to get our visas. Also, what about your SOP po? How did you convince the VO that you’ll be leaving Canada after the duration of your studies? Any input po is highly appreciated . Thank you!

For the POF, I submitted my bank certificates. Total of 4 different banks from both my own and wife's. For the amount, we declared CAD$50,000: 1 year tuition - $23,000, 1 year expenses - $20,000, extra money $7,000.

As to how to convince the VO that I'm going back after, I just mentioned that my parents and siblings are in Manila and I also still have a house in Manila.
