hello all,

My friend ( Nov 12 AOR) has recieved additional document request just now, the request says to submit :

1. Pay stubs, income tax statements from 2011 to 2018

2. Bank statements from 2013 to 2018 showing salary deposits.

We do not know how to dig out for 7 years old documents. Especially pay stubs and bank statements. We are trying to gather as much documents as possible.

Lets say we gather it and the document will be of atleast 200 pages as 7 years pay stubs are equivalent to 84 pages.( 12 pay stubs per year) and then bank statements for 6 years.

Any advice on this would be appreciated.

Why would they need for 7 years? 3 years is enough for max CRS points right? Did your friend put all years of experience in work history section?

Yeah, because it is one single continuous job, still doing it. So on reference the company mentioned working from 2011 till date.

Provide documents for atleast recent 3 years work exp. Obviously, more the better in your friend's case. Also, do you know the VO?

We are trying to gather documents for all 7 years. Just got the ADR 30 minutes ago. Would be gathering all docs in 1-2 days.

As per GCMS notes generated on March 22, the VO was CPC Ottawa.

Did he not submit any paystubs or tax returns or bank statements initially. If the deposits are made to the same bank, you can request them to give statements and highlight the deposits in color. Also form 16/tax docs would be fine. If the company provides him pay slips every month, then its not an issue. He can generate the payslips online or request from HR. Don't worry about size, you can use small pdf or ilovepdf and compress the size. All the best!

We did not provided payslips earlier as they were not required. We submitted the reference letter containing job title, position, duties, working hours and salary details on letterhead signed by HR head.

The bank statements were also not submitted because we used single Fixed deposit and a gift deed as POF.

Payslips are provided by conpany but on plain paper and no sign and stamp on it. They say we can issue you a new salary letter on letterhead.

The company will have a seal or stamp right? Request them to apply that, if they are issuing on a plain paper. If it's on a letter head or computer generated, stamps or not required. As per bank statements, did your friend received salary by cash or direct deposit? If cash, then request company to provide you a salary certificate, where they say you were paid by cash. If direct deposit, you can get it from the bank directly. Form 16 docs are fine, and the company should have provided this doc.. so this covers the returns part..

I got a second ghost update today after yesterday when my application changed to ip2. However in today's ghost update nothing has changed inside the application page. Its still at ip2. Could this mean anything. FSW-O India. Nov 2nd AOR.
