Hi All,
My Application is processing in wiinipeg Visa Office.

AOR-26th Jan 2019
MEP-8th March
CEC-Inland
BG status before MEP is NA
BG status after MEP is Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.

Till now BG is not changed but most if them it is changed to We are processing your background check and we will let you know if we need more information after MEP, i hard that Winnipeg is very slow? did any one had experienced the same? did any one had the same BG status as mine?

Hi mine AOR is 25th Jan and after passing medical it got change to We are processing your background check...... on Mar 07 , but after that I have no update and I'm unaware of the processing visa office.

Just curious, from which email-id we would be getting the PPR email and what would be the subject line ? will there be any change in our CIC account ?

Hi there did you get the request for Biometrics? Mine AOR is also Jan 25 , I got my medical passed on Mar 05 but I haven't received any BIO request letter. Because I uploaded the biometrics report with my application already. My lawyer said we can have it upfront with PCC.But I think that was wrong I should have waited for their request for biometrics and then upload it. Also I got this bio done at a center not from the online fee payment system.

Could you plz share how did you do the biometrics thing?

The biometrics center must be approved by IRCC, and if the centre you gave isn't in IRCC list they will ask to pay and give biometrics again.
I received an email with Biometrics instruction letter in details where I can process it. And it took only 24 hours to update biometrics completed in MyCIC account after biometrics appointment.

- today from 3 months to 18 weeks.

BIO - N/A
ADR - Mar 16 2019
BG - Mar 20 2019 updated as "We are processing your background check...."

Now it has changed to 17 weeks...

Apparently, some people have nothing to do better in their own life so they come up with such things to entertain themselves. Or some loners who don't have anyone to talk to (Not talking about anyone in particular - Just random thought). Absolutely .. my Noc is 4112 I guess so far I met no one of my field..self employed. .earlier canada tourist visa etc etc. .I follow this forum just for any information or news. Like a normal human I get anxious when some don't get PR more then 6 months ...past few months I have seen delaysdelays and this man lol sometimes I think I m wasting time reading cases ...I m making mind deleting myself from this forum and wait for golden mail
