What I was trying to ask was I just received medical request on Feb 18..nothing else...and at that time line 3 on ecas said we send you correspondence on Feb 13..but later on line 4 was added saying we send medical instructions on Feb 18..and line 5 was medical received...ao my question was is it normal to get line 3 and line 4 for same thing...sorry yulia for no clarity in above doubt

line 3 is abut " We send you correspondence on Feb 13"
Line 4 is about "We send medical instructions on Feb 18"

I could not find anything wrong with these lines. Or any reason of worry about these lines. However the difference is line 3 is about sent correspondence and line 4 is about sending of Medical.

Even these updates in Ecas are only informative. Some times these have been updated may be about months.

I could not see anything wrong.

Anyone facing login issues with CIC? After entering the GC key password the page keeps going back to cic.gc.ca

It's really frustrating. I've tried clearing the cache, etc. Tried all the major browsers but this issue persists. Any feedback?

I was facing the same problem but I figured out a way to get around it. Instead of signing in using your GCKey, login to your account via Sign-in Partner and see the magic happen
You will have to link the application again to your account. Hope this works for you too.

Hello Folks,

I am expecting medical request for my in-laws. Both parents have a knee pain issue. Although there is pain, but they are able to walk without any help like cane or something. Of-course may not able to walk for kilometers like normal people do. They don't feel any need or requirement yet for surgery

Does anyone has any idea if that may have cause any problem for medical. If so then what the path it takes?

Hi All, ecas was just updated today after we submitted the Cardiologist report after the Furtherance request letter. It says -

Medical results have been received.

What does this mean? does it mean medical has been passed or they need to do further analysis of the results... any guidance would be appreciated!

Thanks for your reply! She has been asked to see a cardiac specialist who is doing ECG, stress test etc. This is is pretty worrying!

Guys, I submitted my application to Ottawa on 4th October 2018 and got UCI and Application no on 7 Jan 2019.
Since then there is NO UPDATE . Is there anyone else like me waiting from that time ?
Or there is something wrong on my file/.

Hi guys good day, so my mom submitted the last requirements the pcc and medical last Monday, Gckey still not updated, we received pre arrival letter last Monday as well I know I’m just impatient just wanna ask you guys if normally how long after you submitted all the requirements how long before the passport request, I looked on the timeline the spreadsheet but can’t see much info, thanks in advance for those who will share their experience

for us, passport request came around 3.5 months after police certificate and medicals were submitted. Around 2 months after pre-arrival letter.

I received SA on March 22nd and file was transferred to New Delhi VO but GC ket status still shows " in process" and also ECAS. How long does it usually takes for CIC to update the status? Also, can I at least start the process for PCC for my parents so I will have it handy before they NDVO sent me the request for IME and PCC?

What do you guys usually suggest? how long PCC is valid for after issued? Please advise...

my dad is after stroke so walking very slow and we got extra request for Geriatrician
