15days? That's new! I guess IRCC is changing up somethings as EE grows. All the best ahead.

I haven't ordered the GCMS notes yet. Do you think it's worth it? Or better just wait . How long did it take to receive the notes in your case?

It took ~1 month to get them, to me GCMS are worth it since I don't want to waste time with a CSE where they'll give me some generic response, or lose time trying to get a hold of an agent over the phone only to tell me some other generic info.

It gave me a lot of relief to know my eligibility was met, and so whatever is holding up my file is not directly under my control, so for all those reasons I'd say they are worth it

It means both actually. Assessments are done and waiting for final review by a senior officer and it is usually a standard reply for applications in the finalization stage, be hopeful.

Thanks. I guess they are just late updating online because bg check is still not started (your application is in progress...). We are just worried because we also received PFL and in gcms notes, they just added the docs but no review status since last January.
Hopefully we get ppr soon.
