As a friendly note: you might want to have a more in-depth discussion in your January AOR thread so we can keep this one focused on December AORs.
However, my IP2 as a US resident (like you) was done 66 days from AOR and that would show up in GCMS already if you ordered them now. You won't receive them for 30 days though. You can call IRCC (seem my signature) to ask if eligibility is "met" and criminality is "passed" to determine if you're in what I believe lines up to "real IP2" based on my experience and notes.
However, I didn't have to give biometrics, so I don't know if that changes anything. Worst case, you're out $15 for useless GCMS notes.
Thanks much ! There are a lot of differences between Jan 2019 vs Dec 2018 AOR for sure, like the change in Biometric requirement for some countries and Fault IP2 become more common but as a long time lurker in this thread I am just fascinating with everyone experience here hence the post in the wrong thread.
I guess I will give them a call before ordering note then. Last time I call them I got hit with a whopping extra $40 charge from Tmobile because I didn't realize my plan only have free Canada texting but not calling. Probably will use Hangout Dialer this time for the free minutes.
As you know, there are two objectives to this forum: 1) help everyone to write a haiku, and 2) help make waiting for PPR more bearable.
So, a haiku is a three-sentence verse with 5-7-5 syllables. The first line should have five syllables (and only five), the second line seven syllables, and so on. If you're unsure of the number of syllables in a word, you can consult: www.howmanysyllables.com. Giving your original work a tweak, we get:
I need a sign, too
Even a ghost update's cool...
Just any sign's fine.

You must be on an old Simple Choice plan. You should switch to one of the ONE plans. I'm on T-Mobile and no charges at all for all my IRCC bothering.
PS - If you live chat T-Mobile through the app or on Facebook Messenger/Twitter, they'll probably waive those charges for you one-time. Just say you were confused by their marketing about free Canada stuff.
Basic quick questions regarding preparation of PPR package:
- ANNEX A. is actually part of email itself. Can we just copy it on word, do a little fitment(it is more than a page), fill and print? I just realized the bar code is not getting copied. How are you guys doing it?
- The photograph description is quite detailed. With the size specifications, will the photos clicked in USA's CVS, Costco, Wallgreens etc work?

The barcode copied fine for me from Gmail. I pasted to Word, adjusted fitment, filled, and printed, just like you said.
I am not sure about CVS/etc. I got mine done at a special visa photographs place. He has a computer that does the sizes for every country and is very familiar with Canadian standards. He charged me like $25 I think for the 2 photos and did all the writing on the back that is required. I didn't have to tell him how to do anything. He even measured it with a mm ruler when it came out to make sure my head was in the right range.
I got them done ahead of time in preparation for PPR after IP2.

Hmm, order your GCMS notes, my friend, though you'll have to wait 30 days to receive them. Unless you have this information from GCMS notes you previously ordered? I doubt the call center agents can even pull up the information to tell you why your eligibility is "review required". Forearmed is forewarned.
I think it's because of IELTS doc which i uploaded for ADR. I already ordered GCMS on 03/24/19, but just wanted to get your predictions @USProgrammer & @derkdsou
You'll just have to wait for your GCMS notes and learn more about the issue. Why did they request your IELTS certificate? Sounds unusual. While you're waiting for your GCMS, all you can do is call IRCC every couple of weeks and see if there's been any movement.

It was a silly mistake. I added the IELTS registration number(which IELTS assign initially), instead of the final Certificate Number. IRCC asked me to upload the certificate on Jan 30th
I have the exact same date of you in AOR and MEP/IP2.... still waiting, according to myimmitracker lots of ppl in the same situation... I would say at least more 3 weeks to complete 120 days... I'm PNP applicant (Express Entry BC - International Graduate) and I saw that this stream usually takes longer with average processing time about 150 days, so I would guess May or June and if it comes earlier it would be great news. Definitely not expecting anything earlier than 120 days (April 18th)
