Tried once the ATIP they don't say much things in this seriously 38 pages for almost the same thing. Wanted my spouse to come visit last Xmas and she got denied based on Travel history. Wanted more info orderded ATIP , the only note i saw was a resume of our case but like a comment super vague like . "Not convinced is such that the PA will return home after duration of the stay"
and the letter says . Based on travel history , the PA is not eligible to get a Visitor visa.
Been in contact with Mexico ambassy to figure this out.. the only thing the guy said is ... " i understand , if you feel like you guys are meeting the standard we established , please feel free to re-apply again, we'll make sure your application is evaluated by another agent. So basically , it's just after money, but we didn't have time to re-apply so we just dropped the case.
it's like "cmon... pay again you might get it cause you complained,... or maybe not " When you get refusal , just find another way is the best advice i can tell.

Rejected twice for me but for my last refusal they provided the reason as below in ATIP
" Married dec18. To visit husband. letter states that they will apply FC1 (but i didn't mention that but said reviewing forms).no submission to date. PA currently employed in india. once reunited with spouse in canada not satisfied will return back"

You are just encouraging the system to make money Unless situation changes drastically it's gonna be the same response...
Asked a person close to law cases and he said... put that refusal in your sponsoring that's all , show them they prevents you from seeing each other and that is serious. Which we did and sent to Sydney
Seriously is ... when they said NO once to a visiting it won't change a day to another unless you have really super events to tell them in extra. Which most likely when you send your application is supposed to be complete and say all your argues.
I got MR, SA and AOR but no biometric request.. I never paid for it upfront so that could be the reason or another reason would be my husband did it a few years back... as per CIC website he would need to do it again but when i check my account online the Biometric information he gave few years back is listed on his account. So, I have no idea what is happening
Hi all, our application recived on 25th feb and hoping to get AOR next coming weeks,
i want to ask all the ones who got their SA fast are u all married for along time or some of you are newely weds?
Thanks in advance ^_^
I guess it doesn't matter how long you've been married per the other people who have responded but for what it's worth we are newlyweds but we have been together for almost six years which was made very clear (with lots of proof) in our application.
If your app was received on Feb 25th, as long as all is complete and in order it looks like you should expect something in about 2 weeks since the average time has been 39 days to AOR for outland Feb applicants so far. Good luck! Hope you see it soon. It's nice to at least get that acknowledgement that they have it and are working on it.
